Our commitment on fairness
HighwayIQ may in future publish promoter performance on a public site. If it does, these rules apply:
- Every promoter is measured the same way, including highway authorities’ own works.
- Figures are identical whether or not a promoter is a HighwayIQ customer. Buying HighwayIQ helps you see and fix your own performance. It never changes how you appear.
- Emergency and immediate works are reported separately, because they are a legal right.
- Rates, not raw counts, so large promoters are not penalised for being large.
- The methodology is published, and promoters can see and query their figures before publication.
