Does HighwayIQ replace our permit system?
No. It runs alongside your existing permit management platform and Street Manager. Permits are still assessed where they are today.
What do we need to provide?
Nothing technical. The data comes from the national Street Manager open data feed, which already includes your authority. We ask for a list of users and, ideally, local knowledge of sensitive locations and protected routes.
How long does it take to start?
A pilot can usually start within days of agreement, because your data is already flowing.
How do we buy it?
By direct award below your authority’s procurement threshold, or through a framework. Talk to us about the route that suits your procurement team.
Is it priced per user?
No. Prices are per authority per year, with generous user allowances.
